Shipping Area: We currently only ship within the United States.

Keluosico offers free shipping on orders over $65 to the continental United States; orders under $65 incur a flat $10 shipping fee.

Processing Time: Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).

Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 5:00 PM on business days will be processed the same day; orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed the following business day.

Estimated Delivery Time: 3–9 business days. 

Total Estimated Time from Order to Receipt: 4–12 business days.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link to monitor your package.

Unforeseen Delays: Factors beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather or peak shipping seasons) may impact delivery timelines.

Address Changes: Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Address changes are not permitted once an order has shipped.

Taxes: We do not charge additional taxes or fees on products. All prices listed on our website are final.
