Cnlansi offers free shipping on orders over $50 within the continental United States; orders under $50 incur a flat shipping fee of $5. We rigorously control our order processing and delivery process to ensure a pleasant and secure shopping experience for you.

Taxes: We do not charge any taxes or fees on goods. The amount shown on the checkout page is the final amount of your order; you will not incur any additional charges.

Package Damage or Loss: Although we conduct rigorous quality inspections and secure packaging before shipment, packages may still be damaged or lost during transit due to factors beyond our control. If you find any problems after receiving your package, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours and provide relevant photos and order information.
