At Keluosico, we specialize in delicate glass and crystal home decor, and we take full responsibility for every piece we ship. We resolve any issues with your Glass Wall Art, Crystal Suncatchers, Glass Flowers, Glass Vases, or Glass Bookends.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and need a refund or exchange, please review our policy below, which accounts for the fragile nature of our products.
1. Return Period
You may return items within 30 days of delivery.
2. Return Requirements
Items must be in perfect, unused condition with no chips, cracks, scratches, or signs of wear.
Customers must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order number).
3. Return Shipping Costs
We cover return shipping for errors on our end (wrong item, style, or size) or product defects (e.g., hidden cracks, manufacturing flaws, missing parts).
You cover return shipping for personal reasons (e.g., changed mind, color preference, incorrect size choice).
4. Non-Returnable Items
Items returned outside the 30-day window.
Items damaged due to customer mishandling (cracks, chips, breakage, or scratches caused by improper use, cleaning, or storage).
Items showing signs of use.
Customized pieces (unless defective due to manufacturing error).
Custom orders are non-refundable for personal reasons. However, if a customized item arrives defective or damaged due to our error, we will accept returns and issue a full refund or replacement.
5. Return Process
Email our customer service team at service@keluosico.com to request a return.
Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.
If approved, we will provide a return address and detailed packaging instructions to ensure safe transit.
Ship the item back following our guidelines to avoid damage during return delivery.
6. Refund Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 3 business days and send a confirmation email.
7. Refund Method
Refunds are credited back to your original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank’s timeline.
8. Product Defects & Damage
If your glass or crystal item arrives damaged, broken, or defective, please:
Take clear photos/videos of the damaged item and packaging within 24 hours of delivery. Email the evidence to service@keluosico.com immediately.
We will either send a free replacement or process a full refund—no additional cost to you.
9. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, contact us to initiate a return, then place a new order for your desired item.
10. Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if unprocessed. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible. To cancel, email service@keluosico.com.
